What Our AI Skin Scanner Does

Our skin scanner uses camera access and a guided quiz to:

• Help you identify your skin type
• Highlight areas of potential concern
• Recommend products from our catalog that match your skin profile

What It Does NOT Do

• It is not a medical device and is not approved by any medical regulatory authority
• It does not diagnose skin conditions, diseases, or medical issues
• It does not replace professional dermatological examination
• Results are for product recommendation purposes only

Your Camera and Photos

• Camera access requires your explicit permission
• All analysis happens locally in your browser — your camera feed is never uploaded to our servers
• No photos or videos are stored, shared, or transmitted
• Closing the browser tab ends the camera access immediately
• You can skip the camera scan and use the quiz only

What We Actually Store

• We do not store the scan itself
• Quiz answers are used only for that session to generate recommendations
• Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be collected (how often the scanner is used, most common concerns) — no personal data

Accuracy Disclaimer

• The scanner's accuracy depends on lighting, camera quality, and how you position your face
• Results are educational estimates, not clinical measurements
• Product recommendations are based on quiz answers combined with the scan impression, not scientific analysis

When Not to Use the Scanner

• If you have a skin condition that needs medical attention
• Children under 18 (adult supervision required)
• If you are photosensitive or have seizure disorders (some animations)
• Instead, consult a dermatologist

Liability

You use the AI Skin Scanner at your own discretion. AGT Cosmetic is not liable for:

• Product recommendations that don't work for you
• Delayed or missed medical care due to reliance on scanner results
• Any outcome from acting on scanner recommendations

We may update, modify, or discontinue the scanner at any time without notice.
