1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using agtcosmetics.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use our Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from our Site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time
  • Product descriptions are provided in good faith but we do not guarantee accuracy of all third-party information

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • UAE VAT (5%) is included or added as applicable
  • We accept payment via methods displayed at checkout
  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment

5. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors
  • Order confirmation emails are automated; our acceptance occurs when we ship your order

See our separate Refund Policy for details. In summary: opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

8. Use of the Site

You agree NOT to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell site content without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

10. User-Generated Content

Our AI Skin Analysis feature is for educational and product recommendation purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis, is not a substitute for professional dermatological advice, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any skin condition. 12. Skincare Disclaimer

  • Results from skincare products vary from person to person
  • Always perform a patch test before using a new product
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions — review ingredients lists before purchase

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
