Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time: same-day dispatch
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays: next business day dispatch
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking details

International Shipping
We ship to select countries across the GCC, Middle East, and beyond. International shipping times range from 5-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- UAE: Flat rate shown at checkout. FREE delivery on orders above 200 AED
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping fees.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed delivery: Check your tracking link first. If unusual delay, contact us.
- Missing package: Report within 7 days of estimated delivery
- Damaged package: Report within 48 hours with photos
- Wrong address: We're not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipping costs may apply.

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email. If you haven't received tracking within 24 hours of shipping confirmation, contact us.
