AGT Cosmetic Refund & Return Policy

Our Stance
At AGT Cosmetic, we want you to love every product. However, for hygiene and safety reasons — and in line with UAE cosmetic industry standards — we have specific rules for returns.
✅ Eligible for Return
- Unopened products in original packaging, with seals intact
- Damaged in transit — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Wrong product received — we'll send the correct one or refund you
- Defective product — clear manufacturing defect (not allergic reaction)
Return window: 7 days from delivery
❌ NOT Eligible for Return
- Any opened or used products (hygiene policy)
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Returns without prior authorization
How to Request a Return

- We'll review and issue a Return Authorization if eligible
- Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping unless item was defective/wrong)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Allergic Reactions
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. We are unable to refund products due to allergic reactions as ingredient sensitivities vary person-to-person. Please review ingredient lists carefully before ordering.
