What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 250 within the UAE (2-4 business days). Express shipping is available for an additional fee. We also ship internationally to GCC countries and beyond.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What's the difference between Korean and Thai products?

AGT Cosmetics is currently an online-only store based in Dubai, UAE. We ship throughout the UAE and internationally. For wholesale inquiries or bulk orders, you can arrange a visit by contacting us directly.
